Frequently Asked Questions

Do you ship internationally?

Shipping is available worldwide. All orders made through the shop will be sent to the address supplied at checkout, so please make sure it's entered correctly.

How do you package artworks?

All artworks are hand-packaged with the utmost love and care to make sure they get to you in the best shape.

For smaller paintings and/or framed artworks, they are packaged using acid free tissue paper or acetate paper, bubblewrap, and securely placed into a suitable size box with additional padding material (like foam or thick paper) to insure the painting does not move around during transport.

For larger artworks, we use a company specialised in packaging and handling fine art pieces and antiques.

For unframed paper art and prints, any artwork smaller than 30 x 40 cm is shipped flat in a do-not-bend hard board backing envelope after being placed into a waterproof protective plastic sleeve, enforced by an extra rigid board inside.

If an artwork is larger than 30 x 40 cm, it will be rolled up in a cylindrical shipping tube.

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, PayPal, Klarna, and Clearpay are accepted for all items currently listed in the shop. As for commissions, payment method can be discussed privately with the client.

Do you accept other currencies?

Yes. All prices are listed in GBP, however your payment will be accepted and converted at the current exchange rate.

What is the privacy policy on posting pictures of my commission online?

I, of course, respect your privacy. If you do not wish for your commission to be published online, you can request that it remains private.

How long do commissions usually take?

The wait time for commissions depend on a set of variables:

  1. Your place in the waitlist

  2. The size and detail of the commission

  3. The medium used (ex: oil paint is a slow drying medium)

Please try to account for these variables when you’re requesting a commission. If you’re unsure about any of the above points, always feel free to get in touch.
