Do you ship internationally?

I ship worldwide. All orders made through my shop will be sent to the address you supplied at checkout, so make sure it's entered correctly and as detailed as possible.

How do you package artworks?

All artworks are hand-packaged with the utmost love and care to make sure they get to you in the best shape.

For paintings, the front is first protected with a layer of recyclable Japanese tissue paper, then wrapped in bubble-wrap all around and taped so it’s held securely in place. The box is then stuffed with extra filling to make sure there is very little to no wiggle room so that the artwork doesn’t move inside.

For drawings/digital illustrations, any artwork smaller than 30 x 40 cm is shipped flat in a do-not-bend hard board backing envelope after being placed into a waterproof protective plastic sleeve, enforced by an extra rigid board inside.

For artworks larger than 30 x 40 cm will be placed in a protective plastic sleeve and rolled up in a cylindrical shipping tube.

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay and PayPal for all items currently in my shop. As for commissions, I accept bank transfer. Bank details will be supplied privately.

Do you accept other currencies?

Yes. All prices are listed in GBP, however your payment will be accepted and converted at the current exchange rate.

Can I collect my commission in person instead of having it shipped?

Yes. We can agree upon that when discussing details privately given you are reasonably close.

What is the privacy policy on posting pictures of my commission online?

I, of course, respect your privacy. If you do not wish for your commission to be published online, you can request that it remains private.

How long do commissions usually take?

The wait time for commissions depend on a set of variables:

  1. Your place in the waitlist

  2. The size and detail of the commission

  3. The medium used (ex: oil paint is a slow drying medium)

Please try to account for these variables when you’re requesting a commission. If you’re unsure about any of the above points, always feel free to contact me via email (in footer) and I will be more than happy to provide more information.

What is your SHOP return/refund policy?

  • Prints: If a print arrives damaged during shipment, I’d be more than happy to send you a replacement. All you need to do is take a photo of the damaged product and send it via email (in footer) along with your order number and a brief explanation and I’ll aim to respond to you within 48 hours.

  • Originals: If you have selected shipping with cover, then I would gladly refund you upon making a claim with the shipping company. All you need to do to help me make a claim is take a photo of the damaged artwork and a brief explanation along with your order number. Originals would have to be posted back, and refunds will be processed upon receiving them. If you have not selected shipping with cover, unfortunately I would not be able to process any refunds.

  • Apparel: If you are not 100% satisfied with your item, you may return it by post, at your own expense, within 14 days of date of dispatch, and a full refund will be issued (excluding shipping costs), provided: 

  1. The item is in its unworn original condition and is in the original packiging.

  2. When trying the item on, please be mindful if wearing makeup or fragrance that could stain or perfume the item. 

  3. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if an item is returned in unsuitable condition, worn or stained.

Refunds will be issued as soon as possible back to the original payment method within 7-10 working days (Monday - Friday) excl. UK Public holidays.
